The excitement at OMT is ramping up for the start of a thrilling new season. With pre-season preparations already underway and some big updates to our facilities, there's plenty to look forward to for players and the entire OMT Hockey community.

Season Details: Pre-Season Training and Key Dates

Men's Pre-Season Training: Begins Tuesday, August 6th, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
Ladies' Pre-Season Training: Starts Tuesday, August 13th, from 7:15 PM to 9:00 PM.
Juniors' Training:
Sunday, September 1st, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
Tuesday, September 3rd, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Get ready to gear up and hit the pitch as we prepare for another competitive season in the London leagues!

Mark your calendars for our Club Open Day on Sunday, September 1st, where we invite all members, families, and friends to join us for a day of fun, community, and hockey. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet the teams, enjoy some hockey action, and learn more about what’s in store for the upcoming season.

Pre-season matches are scheduled for September 6th and 13th, providing a perfect warm-up before the official league matches begin on September 20th.

Big Club Update: Expanded Facilities

We are thrilled to announce that MTS is installing a third pitch along with additional training areas, transforming the MTS site into the biggest and best hockey facility in London and the surrounding region. This upgrade follows the recent resurfacing of the water-based pitch and the addition of the viewing balcony at the Julian Hill Cricket Centre.

The expectation is that the new facilities will be ready to use from September, and we are excited to make use of them.

Growing the Club

As we continue to expand our facilities, we are also eager to grow our community. We are welcoming players of all ages and abilities to join OMT. Current players are encouraged to spread the word and refer friends, family, and colleagues to become part of our thriving OMT Hockey community. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, there’s a place for you at OMT.
